Celebrate Halloween safely at Town Hall! Enjoy treats, crafts, and games at this free, family-friendly event. The first 30 minutes are sensory-friendly (4:30–5 PM). Trick-or-treat bags provided by the Blackstone Fire Department — open to all Blackstone residents!
