After much consideration and with much appreciation for Chuck Duffy and the Pot Belly Pub, we’re proud to announce that we’re coming back!
The post quickly gained traction, with over a hundred enthusiastic comments from community members thrilled about the return of their favorite pizza place. The overwhelming support is a testament to just how much Mill Tavern Pizza has been missed.
A Sudden Closure and a Temporary Change
In 2024, Mill Tavern Pizza’s unexpected closure left many in the community surprised and disappointed. Owner Bobby Marks had built not just a popular eatery but also a strong local presence, consistently supporting community events and sponsorships. His dedication to both great food and the town itself made the loss even more significant.
During Mill Tavern’s absence, The Native Kitchen occupied the space temporarily, bringing a new dining option to the area. However, on March 2, The Native Kitchen announced that they would be closing their Millville location and relocating to Boylston, leaving an opportunity for Mill Tavern Pizza to make its highly anticipated return.
