
Attention Blackstone residents: National Grid has announced a planned power outage that will affect several streets in our town as part of necessary improvements to the electrical system. Please read the details below to prepare for this scheduled interruption.
Outage Details:
- Date of Work: Tuesday, April 15th, 2025
- Time Frame: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Duration: Approximately 1 hour of power interruption
National Grid crews will be working in the area to enhance the local electrical infrastructure, ensuring continued safe and reliable service. The outage will affect the following streets in Blackstone:
- Archer St
- Bliss Rd
- Champlain St
- David Dr
- Dollard St
- Dorena Dr
- Kanatha St
- King St
- Mann St
- Mansion St
- Moncalm Av
- Rathburn St
What You Need to Know:
- If weather conditions are extreme (above 90°F or below 20°F), the outage may be rescheduled to Wednesday, April 16th, during the same hours. In the case of inclement weather on both days, the work will be postponed to a later date.
- The outage will last approximately one hour. National Grid recognizes that many residents are spending more time at home and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
